ukoffer @marytyre no problem. A bundle is when someone buys two or more items. Most poshers have an automatic bundle discount (I have 10%). You can adjust that in your seller tools. One of the things I find is that sometimes people mean to hit "share" but hit "bundle" instead. I do it too. But it may also be a bundle. Poshers can only bundle items from one closet and not from other closets. Hope this helps

marytyre @ukoffer 1 more question if I don't mind. Why do people want you to answer them in an e mail as opposed to answering through Poshmark? I have not done it yet because if it is wrong I don't want to do it.

marytyre @hyerilim I just got back from vacation last night, today I am in bed with a cold. Will be back on the store on Monday & will speak with my employee. I had them ship it quickly as I was leaving, but honestly I don’t hold much hope as it could have been taken off in the store. Since I didn’t package it, I didn’t notice. So sorry about that, but don’t exactly know how to handle it if I can ‘t find it.

cristallo @marytyre oh you are too nice! I don’t care if the case is new as long as they are shipped in a small box so they don’t smash. Maybe even wrapped a little in tissue so they don’t shake too much. These are the exact pair that broke on her. I’m just so happy I found them I could cry!!! So I know they can be delicate and the hook bent and broke off. CZ popped out on top around curve. So this is going to make her year. 🥰
