QOUTE: ColourPop has improved their powder eyeshadow formula from its initial launch, their mattes R still very blendable/pigmented but seem smoother, less messy/powdery. This palette performed well w eyeshadows being fairly pigmented, blendable, & long-wearing, & they also coordinated well w each other 4 a cohesive look.
