Anthropologie Collecting Dots Dress

By The Addison Story. Candy apple red dots (they look almost like buttons to me) on a light cream colored background. 100% silk with polyester lining. Blousy fit with kimono-like sleeves and an elastic waistband. Looks even more amazing when paired with a belt (I think so anyway) 17.5" bust 11" waist but it's elasticized, so plenty of stretch and it's 33" in length. Worn once, only flaws shown in last pic- to me they look like a manufacturers defect (con't in comments)
