Cold shoulder floral top

Only worn once, excellent used condition. Beautiful floral print with delicate scalloped lace trim at the hem, total length is 27” from folded strap to scalloped edge. Armpit to armpit is approx. 23.25”. Sleeve length is 19”, and sleeve has elastic at the edge. Flowy fit. Tag says Medium, but fits more like a Large. Straps are not adjustable.
