PARDON MY DUST: I am looking for this item!
Sheer material, but layers and the pattern help cover. There is a sheer green skirt under lining/layer and a drapey top layer. Measured flat across bust~ 15", elastic waist~ 12", length~ 35". There's about an 1" on the back left where the hem's come undone and a few small holes on the front from a pin.
