preppybohemian @estherdestiny hello, sorry for the delay, I didn’t receive a notification for your comment. Yes the sleeves are attached . It is a stretchy elastic around the top that stretches to approx 20” (40) . I have this on clearance because it’s the last one. 😊🎀
