Unfortunately, we just had to change our income source here at home and until we make sure our budget is on track, I am unable to accept. It is so beautiful. Questions: can this be worn successfully on the shoulders as well? And, if possible, could you give the measurement from top of shoulder to the tie waist- on the medium?
