@dressinglauren Hi bust is 18" laying flat armpit to armpit...material also has some stretch to it. Since straps are adjustable I measured w/ straps at 1/2 adjusted and it is approx. 31" long. from armpit to hem is approx. 23" long...vendor says it is approx. 31" long. So I would say 31"
