kacountryman @belle_sby Hi. It's made to wear off the shoulders & won't stay on the shoulders unless you were to pin or sew it up. It makes a little pucker (flair) when you pull the sleeves up but it doesn't look bad. It's a really cute dress!

kacountryman @seahorsemomma Hi! For a medium lying flat, bust is 19 1/2 in, length is 29 1/2 in. A large, bust is 21 1/2 in & length is the same, 29 1/2 inches. They're really a fun dress! Thank you for your interest! 💕
