This is absolutely my favourite casual dress. I wore mine twice already when we had hot weather for a few days. It's true to size, just a tiny big baggy. I'm 5' 1" and wear a small with any bra I want. An inch or 2 above my knee. can wear a strapless bra or bandau if you don't want straps. A must have for the summer!
