The "Carli" Minidress is an ultra cute, ultra fun summer dress. Three embroidered rose patches are sewn onto the torso (view up close pic of rose to see stitching). Dress is a stiffer kind of fabric (not cotton) and has adjustable straps. True to size. Please note: the waist of the dress does not come in as much as it appears to in the model photos. I have a 28inch waist and the small size does not hug my waist, it's more of a straight fit. 💕
