s1lv1achristeen @twigandtube Hi! Based solely on the 40” bust I would probably go with a XL. As for where the item comes from - I purchased it through a US wholesaler but I believe these tops are made in China. Please let me know if you have any other questions!!

s1lv1achristeen @flirtwlpdx Hi! I know I purchased them through a US company but I think they were made in China. I can verify when I get home in a few hours. The size chart is correct in relation to the tops and the style is forgiving. I wear a size 14 and can fit both the L and XL comfortably.
