SOLD Chiffon owl tank with racer back

Adorable owl top! Chiffon with ruffles at the bust. The zipper does close all the way my mannequin was just too big. Flattering shape tapering in at the waist and more flowy at the bottom. Such a fun cute top for the summer and works great in the winter if you just add a sweater!
