Modcloth luck be a lady dress!

Maybe my favorite dress from Modcloth ever. Sold on Modcloth as Luck be a lady in birds, this dress is from British brand Closet London. It's 97% cotton with 3% elastane so it does provide a little bit of stretch, but not a ton. It's a U.K. 10 so it could fit a us 4 or 6. The measurements are as follows: bust: 16"; waist: 13.5 but stretches up to about 15.5"; skirt length: 19"; shoulder to hem: 32". Does not come with pictured belt!
