shellyvizanko @skwhite6 ok, so, laying flat, the waist measures 11 inches (22 inches), that can stretch up to approximately 36 inches, the bust measures approximately 34 inches, and from the top to the bottom of the dress is approximately 33 inches. The "wrap" overlaps in the front of the dress. The skirt portion of the dress has a burgundy fabric liner. I can give you 15% off today. Let me know if you have any other questions...
