ninas_closet11@annareyna it also depends on your size, and for how long During your pregnancy you want to wear it! When I was pregnant with both of my kids I lost weight my entire 1st trimester, and didn't start to show until 6-7 months, and gained 17lbs with one, and 25lbs with the other, so I never actually wore maternity clothes, just sized up in maxi dresses. So if you are early in your pregnancy you should be good with this dress

ninas_closet11@annareyna sure I will model for you later, but I have lost a few pounds, so it may not fit the same on me as it does the model. I went from 154lbs (my highest weight) to 138lbs in the last few months, and I am 5'6 1/2 ...... Just for reference I will try on the medium size taht I have left.

ninas_closet11@mom2eandj hi Martha😊! Okay so to answer your question: (1). I do not drink alcohol at all, but that's a big a part of weight-loss for some because of all the added sugar. (2). I don't eat pork or beef (haven't in 9 years), and I rarely fry food. So now that I got those two important thing out of the way, I'll tell you my trick.

ninas_closet11@mom2eandj so I started walking 5-6 days per week after dinner and desert, because I DO NOT like the gym! I always drink about 70-90oz of water a day, and I cut back on snacks (my weakness).

ninas_closet11@mom2eandj I only have 1-can of soda everyday with my dinner, and one cup of coffee in the morning.... Only water in between! I put my pedometer on my phone and make sure I walk 2.5-3 miles every evening. I eat oatmeal for breakfast, a green smoothie for lunch, and dinner is usually something with: chicken, turkey, or seafood! That's all..... I could actually loose more if I could just completely give up brownies😩😋

ninas_closet11@annareyna honestly, I don't really call what I do a "diet" because I haven't ate: pork, beef, fried foods, and alcohol in almost a decade, so it's just a normal thing! My only weakness is brownies and pastries! lol I have just been pushing myself to walk more, since the gym is my arch enemy😩
