iluvgrace @daringdistrict if the price is marked firm, it's okay to decline a low offer. Some buyers will accept counter offers but some like to play a low ballers game on items and it's not fun. The honest buyers will pay the asking price or make a reasonable offer.

luanac08 This just happened to me too. Someone kept offering me way less than half of my asking price (which $16) repeatedly. I kept declining and they kept making offers, saying their husband lost their job, it's for their daughter etc, how I should do something for the less fortunate and whatnot. I was starting to feel sorry for her.. until I looked at her profile, which led me to her website and Facebook account, showing she is an author and has written many books :|
