This floor-length skirt is in new condition. It was bought last year and has only been worn once to a wedding. Original price is $698. A full alice + olivia ball skirt cut from crisp organza gains volume from structured layers and gathered ruching. Size 6, waist is 28".
Fabric: Crisp organza. Shell: 100% silk. Lining: 100% polyester. Dry clean.
Can be worn as prom dress, graduation, even wedding dress. It's definitely black tie, maybe not guest of a wedding though, the bride would be jealous :)
