curlygingerluxe @vmartin007 I actually misplaced my measuring tape. This sucks. So I did an approximation with my finger that we learn in veterinary school and it came to around 30". The straps are adjustable, remember. This Romper is perfect for the 4th. If you want it I encourage you to get it now because I take all my purchases front the week to the post office today at 2PM!

curlygingerluxe @yani527 yes I would say so. It has room to stretch on the top, too. If you are a size 4 in most Lilly then this will be a perfect fit.
