Hi! I scheduled a pick up for your dress today, but when I got home from work just now the boxes were still on my porch! Unfortunately the post office is closed, so I will have to take them in tomorrow. Sorry about that! I have never had them not show up before!

Sorry for the delay in shipping. I scheduled two different pick ups attempts but I didn’t know that due to the construction on my street the USPS man couldn’t get through. I ended up just bringing it to USPS myself and dropped it off today! Again my apologizes for it taking so long!

You can try steam in the boots to help relax the leather and put your hands inside boot and stretch the boot, then try putting them on your feet and wearing them around a while. Otherwise there are products and sprays to help warm the leather and to help stretch them. There are YouTube videos on how to do this as well. Hope that helps you.
