feelfree2016 @moonbeam102776 The top is fully lined so it isn't itchy feeling. I honestly try to be very honest, so this is my opinion, the lining is tacked at the bottom not seen in all the way around but it isn't priced at Bloomingdales quality either. I strongly recommend going up one size if you want the loose look in photo. I just pulled one out to wear with a loose summer scarf, tank and shorts for vacation.

feelfree2016 @gkitty69 If you want the loose look shown in the photograph I have recommended to everyone to go up one size from their normal. If you want it more fitted to where under a blazer, let's say then stay with you regular size. This would look super cute under a jean jacket in a more fitted not loose was too I was just thinking. Of course, I sold my size long ago. LOL! Have a great day!!
