RORY BECA adjustable strap teal / turquoise dress. V neck, double layered with adjustable spaghetti straps as shown in photo. Pedal skirt, elastic waist. Only worn once, LIKE NEW! Bought from sample sale so no fabric care and size labels, but it's a size small. The material is either polyester or silk (if it turns out to be silk, then lucky you!)
