lisasdreambtq @ptl8 The hip measurement on the small is approximately 21” flat across. The dress underneath is extremely stretchy, I measured the outer shell of the dress. I just added another picture laying on my kitchen counter with the lights on above. It’s a mineral wash blue so the color will vary from piece to piece. Hope this helps, thank you!
