roguerevival @falcon13333 Hi love! Shoulder to shoulder Seam 15.5 inches each side. Waist Seam 29 inches around. Length Shoulder to shorts hem 28.5, total length 57inches.

roguerevival @falcon13333 Yes there is an entire section of smocking in the back below the keyhole cut out...that part stretches to give at least another few inches! What is your bra and waist size?
