NWT COLDWATER CREEK red/black Crystal Pleats Dress. Black / brown / red color block, pleated knee length dress. Rounded collar, 3/4 sleeves, fully lined. It's BNWT, Never worn, HOWEVER, it's missing the belt, one belt loop broke and there's a small stain near the bottom. The brand label is crossed out to prevent in store return. Please see photos for the imperfections described. Loosely fit, size 6, but can fit 8 also.
