NWT by Salt Beach. Reminds me of a Boys + Arrows design but not made by them. Colors are Blue/White/Grey. Top has padded molded cups which are removeable. Cross cross adjustable tie straps on back. Suit is Lined. Tag reads Medium, fits as a small in my opinion with bottoms measuring 12.5" across and fitting a B-C cup.
