kittylefemme@lususeleven I have the measurements posted. See where your measurements match up with this dress. The fit and flares usually are a bit smaller in the waist. But this dress does stretch a bit.

kittylefemme@lususeleven The hyphen just separates the size of 18-20. They are basically 2 inches apart, If that makes sense.

kittylefemme@lususeleven I think it would be a good idea but it is your choice. I have sold many of these dresses on different sites and Most customers have size up. It is a fit and flare but has stretch in the waist and chest area of the dress.

kittylefemme@mwolford13 The 16W has a 44 Bust measurement without the stretch and this dress has some stretch in the Bust area. I’m a DD and I don’t have too much of a problem with these dresses. If the waist if fine for you then it should be ok. These fit and flAre dresses have a fitted look. Your bust will fit in there but it is still fitted especially in the waist area. If you want this dress to have a looser fit, I wouldn’t suggest this size. I believe I’m sold out of the next size up.
