normaje16 hi there, is there any padding in the top.. I'm an awkward shape since I had a transplant.. top is 38 to 42... waist is also 38 to 40 wis surgery and hips 43.. just worried to would need some more to fill lol.. what do u think .. going on first cruise..would be perfect
