NWT. Boutique item. Super cute rose romper with ruffle detail and cold shoulder. Elastic in waist. 2 button closure at back. Fits TTS, in my opinion. Approximate measurements: Small: 19" armpit to armpit when laid flat; 34" long. Medium: 20" armpit to armpit; 34" long. Large: 21" armpit to armpit; 35" long. 55% cotton, 45% polyester. *May fit shorter than length measurements because of the elastic in the waist. It will draw up in length slightly. Model is 5'5" and wearing a small.
