mackenzienvy @kelseybneal without knowing your body build I personally think you would be okay in the Small because both the Waist and the straps are adjustable. I am a size 27-28 and the Small fits me, I am 5' 4" and the length is good just as a reference.

mackenzienvy @kelseybneal a medium would allow the fabric to hang more especially if you have a larger chest etc. and then you could use the straps to adjust and pull in the waist.

mackenzienvy @kelseybneal hm well it's up to you which kind of fit you want! I would say S since there is adjustments at the waist and straps. If you get it and it doesn't fit I would be willing to try to swap sizes if I still had the other listing!
