Form fitting red halter/off the shoulder top. The shoulders have a unique crochet like detail. This cross crosses in front and ties in back. This is slim fitting and had a side zipper. I think it runs small on size. A small would work for a 0-2. Bust is about 16 1/2in. medium 4-6 bust about 18in and large 6-8 bust is 20in. Perfect for a go to summer top or a night on the town. Will arrive new from my vendor but it doesn't have tags attached will be in the shipping bag.
