threadwbenefits @rubyann16 so 12.5" at waist = 25" all around. I would say they run a bit smaller than a 25, which is why I listed it as a size 24.

threadwbenefits @lindzjamison hi Lindsey, due to the shorts being vintage, the sizing is a bit different than modern sizing. I would say these shorts would fit you perfectly because I am a size 25 and they are tight on me. I had a friend who was a smaller size than me to model them.
