I am usually between a 10 and 12, which would you recommend? Does it run small?

@tyhiggs7 Hello! The waist of the Size 10 is 17" across when laying flat and the waist of the size 12 is 18" across. The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex so there is a little give. Lovely skirt! Thanks for looking!
