what's the lowest you'd go? and also, when you say it runs large should I order half a size smaller or a whole size smaller. I am typically a solid size 8!

@hkz123 in adidas I'm usually a 9.5, in these I can fit an 8.5. The 9 for me was still too big....so I would say size a full size down
