vogue_vice @samlamps to be honest there really insn't much difference at all between the two sizes besides the length, the medium is approx 1.5" longer....you can tighten the back straps too to adjust the fit

vogue_vice @samlamps the hips on the small are approx 16" across on side and on the medium are just about 17" across
