smccain2 @acastiglione1 42" is a true to size XL for bust so they added 2" to each size so people can wear it over their clothes. If you are a medium then you can totally stick with medium because it's two inches bigger 😀

smccain2 @acastiglione1 no, I won't say it covers but because it 28" tunics are usually 31-33", almost dress size length and those can cover the butt.
