happyorganics @asnyder561 Hi, Ashley! These have a small elastic waist and the s/m has the ability to stretch from a size 2-6. I think these should fit you comfortably of you are usually a size 2. :)

happyorganics @tglswithcoco5 I wouldn't say the jeans are tights. But they are not a "true jean" they have spandex for stretch and flexibility. They fit exactly the way the model wears them. If you want a loose fit in the legs from the thigh down you may not like them. I am so sorry you're disappointed.
