How does this moves on you if you raise your arms up? Does the whole top go up, or just the arms?

@fab50fashions No too much. The sleeves aren't form fitting since they are more of a bubble sleeve and there is a stretch on the top which allows for more mobility. Although a fit is different on each individual, this is the best observation I can give from other customers and myself. Hope this helps! <3
