summgoodstuff @kimberlyann369 hey girl! Here are the measurements: waist band not stretched (the waste band has a stretcher band in it) is 10" stretched is: 16" from the waist band to the bottom of the shorts is 11.5"

summgoodstuff And I'm it sure your size but I would say this item runs small. I just tried it on and to me this fits like an extra small, not small. Hope this helps!:)
