trishyrishyroo @jvaneps The bust would average maybe 18" across, but it's very undefined so can fit quite a bit more or less easily. The waistband is 12" across unstreched, but is very stretchy and goes to about 19-20" across when stretched out. The length is approx. 32" from shoulder to hem, and it has a 3" inseam. trishyrishyroo @jvaneps I don't think the fabric very stretchy actually, but it seems pretty true to size. I wish I could tell you more exact measurements, but it's a fairly flowy garment except for the waist which is stretchy. I might have measured too high up for the hip, I am not sure. I just did by the pockets a few inches below the waist if that helps.

It does not have a defined shoulder because there are no seams there, but I'd say maybe +/- 20" across. Also, the bust averages maybe 18" across, but it's also very undefined so can fit quite a bit more or less easily, the length is approx. 32" from shoulder to hem, and it has a 3" inseam.
