sadda @zowl hello under the buttons it's 11& a half flat. So about 23 inches for the waist. Soft material so it has some give. And that a little under the buttons it starts to flair out. So it gives a nice sinch. :) let me know if you have any more questions. 💞

sadda @zowl no problem :) my grandmom was small! Lol the 2nd part of the dress the hips goes out to a 17 across so the waist is def typical vintage small
