Vintage Heavy Red Gothic pouff skirt with layers and layers of Lace, tattered tulle and spider web printed Lace. Corset closure front and back, and for my fellow waist-trainers, you can get this to a 20-21 inch waist. (Which works nicely over your corset, I must say.) sarin waist band about 2.5 in long, waist 10.5 across w both sides laced fully.
