dals_boutique@blaire918 Hi yes they are. This is how you can tell on Posh. If it says boutique--the items are brand new from the manufacturer, NWT means new with tags but probably bought from a store, if no listing at all then probably used from a person's actual closet. It's hard trying to navigate Posh :) . Everything in my closet/boutique is brand new. Please feel free to ask any questions, I do not mind helping you at all :)
