missleah16 @taralynnboutik .. what she said. Lol. All I know is size 30-31 are usually like 16"-17" laying flat. But that's not counting if stuff has any stretch to it so these would probably be alright actually. :) I can't remember if you said you take the same size in pants as I do or if your a little thinner than I am.

When I bought a 9 in super cute jeans n they fell off, I was ecstatic. Then I ordered a 5 bc they didn't have a 7 in others n they fit. ..yes! They are really stretchy tho
