I wore this dress for my prom, I bought it brand new. It was only worn once, by me. The black bottom is stretchy and fits the waist/butt area and flows at the feet, and looks beautiful when you walk. I added pictures from when I tried it on and when I wore it; the hem was taken out already to fit anyone. It fits about 5-6 dress size but again is stretchy, so it could fit anywhere from 4-8. it's an extremely beautiful dress.

shaebybaby15 @lkrso808 hi! Im 5’3 and I was wearing either 3 or 4” heels with this dress. It’s not ribbon at the waist, but it is a thin slice (maybe 3/4”) of mesh that makes it look like it’s two pieces, but it’s a one piece dress!
