psiluvfashion @gailsjewels Hi! No elastic waist on these. They have a side zipper. They are 70% cotton, 30% nylon. The measurements are for this Medium Waist 28", Inseam 35", Length 45'. I bought these from another posters boutique modamecouture Tag still attached and states color is mocha. Hope that helps~
