ruffleandlace@missagrey You’re getting all 6 items, it’s just the way it’s going to show up on the order (it won’t show the 3rd clearance item for free even though it will be).

jinac@the_o_boutique how's sleeves I'm tiny and long arms if sleeves are thick and not fitted snug for skinny then not 4 me. Recall the red blk winter sweater I returned bc large overall. I like this design but need for petite skinny body

Aug 12Reply

ruffleandlace@jinac This may be a tad big on you I think unfortunately.

Aug 12Reply

ruffleandlace@jinac This one is Hera.

Sep 21Reply

jinac@the_o_boutique is it a true red and I recall u said this 1 might be big du think so or might fit?

Sep 21Reply

ruffleandlace@jinac The color on this one is the red in the third picture. And I actually had someone who is a size 2-4 buy this in person recently and it fit her nicely with a relaxed look.

purrplenesHi. Is the material soft or itchy since it’s acrylic? Also, I’m a size 2. Do you think this will be too big on me? I like my sweaters more form fitting.

Feb 22Reply

ruffleandlace@purrplenes It’s definitely not itchy, it’s pretty soft. I think for a size 2 it’s going to fit very loose so if you like it form-fitting, it may be too big.

purrplenes@the_o_boutique okie thank you so much! That is very helpful.

Feb 22Reply

ruffleandlace@purrplenes You’re welcome! And thank you so much for your purchase!

missagreyHi O Boutique! I just bundled 6 items. 3 are regular and totaled around 120 and I just added 3 from clearance. I see that you are doing a buy 2 get 1 free item. I am about to submit an offer, just wanted to let you know and make sure that is all good!

Aug 15Reply

ruffleandlace@missagrey Yes, of course. 🌸🌸

Aug 15Reply

missagreyPreviously I bundled regular priced items and totalled 180 with the 10% discount. You were able to offer an additional 12% discount plus 4.99 s&h (thank you!!) which brought the total to 140 plus s&h. I applied the same principal and came to 111.47. Would you accept an offer of 112? And include 4.99 s&h? I would make the initial offer 111 so you may counter it at 112 with 4.99 s&h.

Aug 15Reply

missagreyMy total for this bundle now is 168.30.

Aug 15Reply

ruffleandlace@missagrey I’ll go ahead and send you the offer from my end, it’ll be easier.

Aug 15Reply

missagreyOne of those items is technically free because of the clearance bundle you are offering but that is the total its showing me

Aug 15Reply

missagreyYay thank you! Sorry I didnt see your response until now!💗

Aug 15Reply

ruffleandlace@missagrey It won’t apply the free item unfortunately through the bundle feature. I always end up sending a private offer for that promotion.

Aug 15Reply

missagrey@the_o_boutique Ok what does that mean? Am I still getting the 6 items? Or just 5
