Strapless evening gown

Beautiful strapless dress. This dress had a sequins yop that I don't remember to be scratchy. The bottom of the dress is navy blue. There is a solid material dress line with a shear material over top. It's beautiful on. I only wore this dress once. It's in perfect condition
