11thstreet@merfnyc Hi Megan, these are soft and stretchy (not a stiff denim) so since you are between sizes I would go with the 5 (27). If you are most often a 28, then the 7. I also have the measurements in the description so you can compare with your jeans 💙☺️

11thstreet@merfnyc Keep in mind when comparing these are 9.75" rise so they hit higher in the waist and aren't low rise. Lower rises measure bigger across the waist since they hit you closer to the hips 💙
