@miabellajia60 Hi! I wouldn't say that these are 'silky.' They have a little bit of a sheen to them, but they have a great texture that I think makes them feel more like a cotton blend. They don't specifically have the name brand 'Lycra' in them, but they have excellent stretch like other leggings. I hope that answers your question! 😃
